In this course you’re going to be learning how to tell your own personal real estate story and how to express that in a coherent, persuasive manner that addresses every question an investor is going to have, before they even ask it.
You will be doing this using two key storytelling methods:
- Critical path method
- Language strip down
You are going to go through the process of generating the content ideas and subjects that are most relevant for you, that express the core value proposition that will attract, nurture, and convert prospects.
You are going to identify what are the key components of your message to investors and learn how to break those components down into bite sized pieces so you can convert those into digital and social media content for your prospects to consume.
And most importantly, you are going to learn how to create hyper focused and precisely tailored messaging to prospects who think the same way as you do and who become active investors and proactive advocates to other investors, making introductions for you.
Critical Path
Every construction project In real estate is built using a critical path of trades that need to be on the site; until one has finished, another cannot start and you’re going to use this same concept to build content to educate your prospects and investors.
You’re going to be doing this two different ways; one for investors who have already decided to invest in real estate, and the other is the ‘pain point’ perspective for investors who have yet to decide on real estate as an investment option.
Language Strip Down
What’s fabulous about the language strip down method of creating content is that you will be using content you have already been working on for years and in which you have tremendous familiarity [Read: Easy to do] to create short educational pieces for prospects and investors.
You are going to take a fresh look at what you already have so you can create pertinent, laser focused content directly relevant to, and consistent with your own value proposition by using your existing:
- PPM – private placement memorandum
- Offering documents
- Pitch decks
These detailed documents are the foundation upon which your content can be built because they represent the core of your investment philosophy.
When you finish this course, you will have learned how to break down the most important concepts that drive your investment philosophy, your value proposition, and your strategy so you can create content for your website and on social media and become an influential thought leader in the real estate industry.
